Work-Integrated Learning (WIL)

Mentors and Mentees in a LEKGOTLA Conversation

The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) is the intervention offered to the students by the Cooperative Education Divisions of the institutions of higher learning that prioritise the facilitation of the transition of students from the academic world to the world of work. This is done in partnership with human capital development organisations. COMETSA has many years experience in building bridges at the three transition points, namely, (i) transition from high school to the institution of higher learning, (ii) transition from the institutions of higher learning to the world of work, and (iii) reconnection with the communities through volunteer community development interventions.
